1. About SPECTRA
SPECTRA — The Cosmic Nomad is a Moroccan streetwear brand operating through spectra212.com. Our Frequency One collection is designed and sold exclusively through our online store. All orders placed through spectra212.com are subject to these terms.
2. Eligibility
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that:

🖤 You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
🖤 The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure accurate stock information on our website. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.
Product colors may appear slightly different on screen due to display settings. We are not responsible for minor variations between product images and the actual item.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time of your order will always be honored.
5. Orders & Payment
When you place an order on spectra212.com, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or phone call from us. We accept the following payment methods:
🖤 Cash on Delivery (COD)
🖤 Credit / Debit Cards — secured by SSL encryption.
🖤 PayPal — processed through PayPal's secure platform.
For custom products, full payment is required upfront. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is received and production has begun.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped or processed. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp at +212 783 731 193 or Instagram: @spectra212. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We ship through OZONEXPRESS. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours of purchase confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location and may be affected by peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship within Morocco and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. SPECTRA is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes.
8. Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel the energy of every piece. If something is not right, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible:
🖤 The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
🖤 The item must be in its original packaging.
🖤 You must provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp at +212 783 731 193 or through our Instagram page @spectra212. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
🖤 Custom or personalized products.
🖤 Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
🖤 Items purchased during final sale promotions.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 2 days of the expected or actual delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or other appropriate measures. SPECTRA is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on spectra212.com — including but not limited to product designs, graphics, photography, text, logos, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of SPECTRA — The Cosmic Nomad and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
11. User Conduct
When using our website or communicating with our team, you agree to:

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, SPECTRA — The Cosmic Nomad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
